Originally this was a Raleigh Runabout moped made in 1964. At a later stage in its life an Atco electric mower motor was fitted powered by an old 12V battery from a car. Recent refurbishments were done with parts found in skips, including a solar panel atop the the battery to keep it charged. There are 2 drive chains and a belt connecting the electric motor drive.
